Ear, Nose and Throat Services

Otolaryngology, often referred to as ear, nose and throat (ENT), is a specialty of medicine focusing on the diagnosis and treatment of diseases and disorders of the ear, nose, throat, head and neck. Our ENT physicians and surgeons treat a variety of conditions, including:

Ears – hearing loss, tinnitus, balance disorders, nerve disorders
Nose – chronic sinusitis, allergies, deviated septum, polyps
Throat – swallowing disorders, throat, larynx, esophagus diseases, tonsils/adenoids
Head/neck – facial trauma, tumors, plastic and reconstructive surgery

Diagnostic Testing

Tests include hearing and allergy exams and tests of the esophagus, throat, larynx and nose. Biopsies and screenings are other tools.

Surgery

Surgeries include adenoid removal, tonsillectomies, deviated septum surgery and sinus surgery. Many surgeries can be done as an outpatient.

Sinusitis

Sinusitis is an infection of the sinuses near the nose. These infections usually occur after a cold or after an allergic inflammation.
